Matt's Column

Picture
Matt Cantor has a bad attitude and eagerly shares it in his weekly column at the Daily Planet. Of the roughly 170 essays Matt contributed to the paper since 2005, the majority relate to how houses are built and the myriad, exciting ways in which they fall apart or try to kill you.

Many of the articles are designed to help you cope with the nasty things you are likely to face (often unknowingly) as an owner or renter in one of these boxy things we live in. Some, however, diverge from the practical and meander through amusement parks of philosophical and psychological examinations of our relationships with the places we live in. Hopefully some are funny too.
